ITC Publications can deliver a range of innovative and effective workshops based on critical and creative thinking, the 21st Century skills.

Choose from over 16 professional development options, including:

Innovative Teachers – Innovative Learners:
A one day workshop focussing on Brain Compatible Learning, Bloom’s taxonomy and Habits of Mind.
Critical & Creative Thinking – lifelong skills:
A one day workshop on metacognition, designing lessons in a Bloom’s framework, critical thinking – what is it and how to make it happen and creative thinking – tools to enrich the creativity skills of everyone!
ITC Teaching Coaching and Mentoring Program:
A two day workshop that establishes a teacher coaching and mentoring performance management program. The aim of the workshop is to establish a structure where teachers have the opportunity for regular and ‘at the elbow’ feedback by a teacher coach through an on-going collaborative partnership.
ITC Student Thinking skills workshop:
This half day workshop is designed for senior students and aimed at introducing them to some of the ITC thinking skills in the context of them reaching the end of their schooling and now thinking about life after school.
Broad Brush Unit Planning for Creating Challenging Units:
A one day workshop with an emphasis on a Broad-Brush approach to Unit Planning, focussing on: formulating a challenging title, fixing the length of the unit, determining assessment items (product) and listing all skills and learning indicators desired for that unit. Teachers will commence developing a challenging unit, to be completed at a later date.
